We’re a leading, quickly growing (#330 on the Inc. 5000 list) AI text analysis platform dedicated to empowering businesses and educational institutions as they navigate the ever-evolving landscape of genAI by ensuring AI governance and responsible AI adoption, safeguarding IP, and maintaining academic integrity with comprehensive AI and plagiarism detection.
Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing and collaborating closely with sales, this role requires hands-on experience with performance marketing to support our self-serve offering, as well as demand generation for our B2B offerings. ABM campaign development and management is also an important consideration and, though not required, the ideal candidate comes from a background in SaaS.
An important and highly-visible member of the team, this is an excellent opportunity to drive real, immediate impact. This is a hybrid role based out of our New York City (Flatiron) office.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement multi channel (i.e.: SEM, SEO, LI, email, events, media partnerships, etc.) demand gen strategies and campaigns to drive qualified leads and pipeline growth
- Audit current campaigns and fully own pipeline creation and meeting monthly and quarterly SQL, meeting, and pipeline revenue targets
- With sales, build an ABM playbook and calendar by recommending and managing partner platform(s), establishing content requirements, launching campaigns and continually optimizing
- Partner with Product and Product Marketing to launch programs that drive new feature adoption, conversion and revenue generation
- Based on self-serve funnels, CAC and LTV, recommend and launch multi-channel performance marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition & ROI positive revenue growth and can scale
- Build, execute, and optimize automated lead nurturing campaigns
- Partner with the Creative on end-to-end creative development and Content around content needs, ensuring production schedules remain on track and assets best-in-class
- Partner with Ops to build comprehensive attribution-based dashboards to measure campaign health and effectiveness and empower optimization, regularly reporting on outcomes
- Explore and test emerging channels and platforms to drive growth opportunities
Requirements
- At least 7 years experience directly building and managing ROI positive demand gen. programs in the tech space
- Strong proficiency in advertising platforms such as Google, Facebook Manager, LinkedIn, programmatic, etc.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, SEMrush, etc
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly entrepreneurial with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- An appetite to experiment and and learn via ‘failing forward’
