About the Role
In this exciting new role at BOXX, the Demand Generation Manager will be supporting BOXX’s North American Growth and Marketing objectives and reporting into the Communications & Growth Marketing Lead. You’ll be responsible for supporting BOXX’s growth, content and broker/lead engagement strategies to drive awareness and engagement amongst key target audiences in the USA, Canada and at times LATAM.

Requirements
Responsibilities
- Own the creation and execution of BOXX’s digital communications from Hubspot including Broker newsletter, Hackbuster alerts and outgoing communications. You’ll work with our design team and internal SMEs to execute.
- Build segmentation criteria and lead automations to better engage BOXX broker and affinity audiences.
- Be the BOXX MarOps and Hubspot expert to help disseminate best practices and uses across the business for better marketing attribution tracking and to build customer marketing approaches.
- Be comfortable with the reporting and tracking of data and leads. Ability to build dashboards and segmented lists in Hubspot.
- Run BOXX’s digital ads on Linkedin and Google Adwords, and track performance.
- Own the BOXX social media calendar. Look at new ways to make our content more entertaining and engaging.
- Support SEO strategy efforts by working with agency vendor, tracking progress in SEMRush and communicating results to the business.
- Support BOXX’s overall content and ad strategy through ideation and execution.
- Support all other growth activities related to sponsorships, events, awards, PR etc. when needed.
- Collaborate and cultivate relationships with internal teams (sales, underwriting and claims teams) to ensure clarity and accuracy in requirements, campaigns and communications.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding project management skills to communicate and deliver on priorities and tasks. We use Monday to manage tasks.
- Strive to become a cyber expert by learning about insurance industry and cyber space in order to be informed about emerging risks and trends that will inform our marketing content and growth strategies.

Skills & Qualifications:
- In-depth Hubspot Marketing Hub knowledge.
- Familiar with CMS systems, ideally Wordpress and associated plug-ins that drive performance.
- Familiarity ad reporting capabilities with SEMRush, Google Adwords and Google Analytics
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent degree from an accredited college or university.
- 5-7 years of digital, content and growth marketing experience, ideally working in a high growth and fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge or prior experience in the insurance space is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, eager to grow, learn and put their hand up in an opportunity-filled environment.
- Working proficiency or understanding of French and/or Spanish is an asset, as we look to grow operations in Quebec and LATAM.
