We are seeking a Wealth Advisor to join a fast-growing financial services firm to work collaboratively within a team that serves existing clients while expanding the client base through relationship-driven strategies.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Cultivate, build, and maintain client relationships in alignment with company values and planning-based standards
- Develop and implement strategies in areas such as investment planning, estate planning, risk management, tax planning and cash flow management to help clients meet their objectives.
- Regularly review client accounts, financial plans, and portfolios to adapt to life changes, economic shifts, or performance updates.
- Provide ongoing support and communication to ensure client satisfaction
- Analyze financial data to craft actionable strategies aligned with client goals.
- Prepare and interpret summaries, investment performance reports, and income projections for clients.
- Collaborate with colleagues to expand the client base through referrals, networking, organic growth initiatives, and leveraging various market channels.
- Lead and coordinate team efforts to enhance service delivery and support team development through goal setting, workflow management, and performance reviews.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Financial Planning, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of direct Financial Planning experience.
- CFP or ChFC designation required.
- Series 7 required, and Series 66 (or Series 63 and 65) licenses required.
- Life and Health Insurance licenses or willingness to obtain within 90 days.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office systems and CRM systems such as Salesforce.
- Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including debt and cash management, insurance, and investments.
- Proven ability to attract and convert prospects, deliver high-level quality service, and commit to growing and contributing to the firm’s success.
