Client Advisory Associate – Seattle, WA


Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for delivering exceptional client service?


We are seeking a Client Advisory Associate to join a high-performing team in Seattle, WA , supporting senior advisors in trust administration and investment management. This is an exciting opportunity for someone ready to make a meaningful impact in the wealth management industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily account transactions, including wire transfers, ACH disbursements, and bill payments.
  • Work closely with the Investment Department on transactions such as purchases, sales, and gifting.
  • Prepare detailed client reports, income projections, and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Support asset transfers, account openings/closings, and tax-related coordination.
  • Maintain client records, ensure data accuracy, and assist in preparing for annual account reviews.
  • Provide outstanding client service while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.


Qualifications:

  • 2 plus years of related experience in UHNW Client Support and investment experience
  • Bachelor's Degree, MBA is a plus.
  • Designation: CFP, CTFA, CAIA, CFA, or CIMA a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal, as well as superior analytical skills.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Direct client contact experience preferred.
