PrideStaff seeking experienced Warehouse and Production Fulfillment specialists for a Temporary role with a great company! Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm. $18/hr.
The Client Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for ensuring exceptional service delivery to clients, managing order processing, and coordinating with internal teams and delivery services to meet client needs. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to client satisfaction.
Responsibilities: - Work closely with the team and engage with vendors, drivers and other service providers on all items that enter or leave the shipping & receiving department
- Prepare daily shipments by assembling and packaging items using appropriate packing materials
- Process client orders accurately and efficiently in the system
- Monitor order fulfillment timelines and ensure timely delivery of products/services
- Receive daily shipments and promptly sort, stock, scan and update reporting
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams regarding order status, inquiries, and fulfillment-related issues
- Collaborate with sales, client relations, and production teams to ensure smooth order processing
- Address and resolve client inquiries, complaints, or issues related to order fulfillment
- Communicate updates and any potential issues promptly
- Prepare regular reports on fulfillment metrics and client feedback
- Additional tasks may be assigned at any time by management
