A well established law firm is seeking a talented associate attorney with two or more years of relevant litigation experience to join their nationally recognized litigation and insurance coverage team. Although experience with insurance law is preferred, we welcome accomplished attorneys with exceptional skills in any litigation area. This position offers the opportunity to handle significant responsibility in all aspects of litigation, including legal research, motion, practice, discovery, as well as appearing and presenting arguments at hearings, depositions, arbitrations and trials. Associate attorneys work collaboratively with their team of skilled lawyers to counsel and defend clients relating to claims and regulatory matters.
