Client Details Our client is a multidisciplinary engineering and construction firm specializing in providing comprehensive design-build solutions for projects spanning various sectors, including municipal, industrial, commercial, medical, retail, storage, warehouse, and institutional developments. Recent Projects: Movie studios, Airports, Medical, Retail, Storage, Warehouse, Municipal Description Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, including budget, schedule, and quality control. Lead communication with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure smooth project execution. Develop and implement strategies to address challenges and meet deadlines. Maintain project records and documentation to ensure compliance and organization. Utilize project management software, such as Procore, to monitor and report on project progress. Profile Savvy with Procore. Design Build experience not required but preferred. Strong paperwork management and organizational skills. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. 5-10 years of experience in construction management or a similar role. Proficiency in project management software and familiarity with design-build methodologies. Strong organizational and communication skills. Knowledge of construction estimating and scheduling processes.
