Job Description
The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of the construction process in the ground up and renovation department, from planning to implementation, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. This role requires a strong understanding of construction principles and excellent leadership skills. Client Details Our client is a Mid-Sized organization within the construction industry. They're known for their commitment to delivering high-quality projects and have a reputation for excellence across the Southeast region of the US. Description Manage and coordinate all construction activities from initiation to completion. Prepare budgets and construction timelines, ensuring projects stay within the allocated budget and meet deadlines. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Resolve any problems that may arise during the construction process. Communicate project status to stakeholders and provide regular progress reports. Review project plans and specifications and comment on the building design, scheduling, possible cost savings measures and potential construction problems. Assist in the selection of subcontractors and coordinate their activities. Profile A successful Project Manager should have: Proven experience in project management within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of both ground up and build-out construction. Excellent leadership skills and the ability to coordinate multiple teams. Strong understanding of construction principles and practices. Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think on their feet. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. A relevant degree or qualification in construction, engineering, or a related field. Job Offer A competitive salary range of $90,000 to $120,000 USD, dependent on experience and qualifications.
