What You'll Be Working On
- Developing and executing multi-channel demand generation campaigns (including email marketing, events, and webinars) to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- Building and managing account-based marketing (ABM) programs to target high-value accounts, improve pipeline velocity, and align closely with sales.
- Designing and running lead nurturing and re-engagement programs to guide prospects into active buying motions.
- Identifying and optimizing inbound and outbound marketing activities, monitoring ROI, and leveraging data to improve campaign performance and conversions.
- Reporting on key performance metrics, highlighting achievements, identifying opportunities, and recommending improvements to enhance demand generation outcomes.
- Collaborating with global marketing teams to ensure consistent execution across regions and support marketing initiatives outside North America as needed.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in B2B demand generation , ideally with growth-stage technology companies.
- Proven success in creating and managing ABM campaigns , lead nurturing strategies, and email marketing programs .
- Experience planning and executing events and webinars as part of a demand generation strategy.
- Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize campaign performance using data-driven insights.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to write clear, concise, and engaging content.
- A proactive, results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
- Proficiency with tools like CRM systems , marketing automation platforms (e.g., Hubspot or Marketo), and digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn).
- Solid project management skills with the ability to prioritize high-impact initiatives and work effectively as part of a team.
