Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Clinical Counselor at Orchard Valley Counselling Services. The Clinical Counselor will be responsible for providing individual counseling, family therapy, and mental health support. The role involves conducting case management, offering psychological interventions, and implementing various therapeutic techniques to support clients’ well-being. While the role is primarily based in Kelowna, BC, there is flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications

• Case Management and Counseling skills
• Experience in Psychology and Mental Health
• Familiarity with Family Therapy techniques
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Empathy and compassion towards clients
• Ability to provide culturally sensitive counseling
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field
• Registered Clinical Social Worker/Counselor certification
