PreGel S.p.a, world leader for ingredients for Ice cream, Pastry and Coffee-Shops, is looking for a Pastry Chef for its Canadian branch in Aurora, Toronto.

The figure will manage technical demonstrations, promotion, consultancy and sale of semi-finished products of pastry and ice cream, in the entire Canadian territory.

He/She will work mainly in PreGel Canada branch (in Aurora, ON) plus transfers in the greater Canadian area.

Technical skills:

• Necessary proven knowledge in Pastry products and tecniques;
• Experience as pastry chef/ pastry technical demonstrator is mandatory;
• Preferable ice cream knowledge;
• Preferable experience as commercial consultant, salesman;
• Preferable Hospitality Diploma and pastry specialization courses;
• Languages: English, French preferable, knowledge of Italian is a plus.

The person will travel constantly when it will not be required to stay in the branch.

Will be offered a contract based on candidate’s experience.
