We’re hiring a Technical Services Manager for a global leader in concrete technology solutions. This on-site role in Richmond, BC offers an exciting opportunity to apply your expertise in concrete construction, waterproofing, and durability to support high-profile projects worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide engineering and technical support for concrete waterproofing, protection, and repair projects.
• Address technical inquiries and provide guidance to engineers, architects, contractors, and internal teams.
• Prepare project-specific submissions and assist with testing, including trial batching and mock-ups.
• Conduct site visits to support troubleshooting, inspections, and issue resolution.
• Lead technical training programs, webinars, and product demonstrations.
• Support R&D efforts, including product testing, concept development, and data review.
• Represent the company at conferences, tradeshows, and technical committees.

What We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years of experience in concrete construction, waterproofing, admixtures, or related fields.
• Engineering degree (Civil preferred) or extensive industry expertise.
• Proven knowledge of concrete durability, service-life design, and related technologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
