Our client is now in the market for a junior Corporate and Financial Services Associate to join their national team of experts. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a collegial team and hone your skills in Financial Services.

The successful candidate will have the following:

• 1-3 years of private practice experience working in corporate law and/or financial services with a national or a reputable regional law firm;
• Syndicated lending, leveraged finance, infrastructure finance, structured finance, and securitizations would be considered to be an asset;
• Strong analytical and drafting skills;
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent interpersonal and client service skills and the ability to work well on a variety of teams;
• A law degree and membership in good standing with the Law Society of Alberta.
