The Boat Design Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating the design team’s efforts for 3D model development and extraction of complete Manufacturing Information (MI) in support of production activities. The position works closely with the President, Sales and Marketing, Supply Chain and Production personnel.

n Mechanical Engineering Technology or marine equivalent?7+ years of experience in boat design3+ years of experience leading design teamsExperience using 3D software (SolidWorks & Rhino preferred)Experience developing MI for production purposesExperience with; Transport Canada TP1332, ISO standards for inflatable boats, Lloyd’s Register Grey Boat Code, ABYC, etc.
