IT Support Technician

12+ month contract - will convert to a permanent employee when full time headcount opens up

Onsite in Napa, CA

$25-35/hr - paid weekly with benefits available if needed

This position would join a team of 15 IT Field Service Technicians providing end user support for over 3,500+ devices.

Working on a company-wide migration from Windows 10 to 11 and providing on-going support to internal end users and executive levels.

This individual will be responsible for providing technical assistance to end users. The Sumter site that has 200+ devices that are being supported. This person will help install, upgrade and troubleshoot hardware and software systems.
