We are seeking a results-driven Inside Sales Manager to oversee an inside sales team for a leading industrial equipment manufacturing company with a long-standing history of excellence in the industry. As a critical time in their growth, they are looking for someone to come in, manage people, and drive success.
Compensation: $90,000-$120,000

What You'll Do:
- Manage and motivate a team of 4-5 inside sales representatives, with a focus on supporting account executives in selling to resellers and ensuring channel success.
- Motivate, coach, and develop team members to maximize their performance and growth.
- Utilize CRM tools to track metrics, analyze data, and refine sales strategies for better outcomes.
- Build strong relationships with clients and resellers to drive business success.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to boost revenue and ensure channel effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales and sales management, with a track record of success in reseller or channel sales.
- Industrial equipment manufacturing sector experience is highly preferred.
- Data-driven approach with the ability to analyze trends and drive strategic decisions.
