Salary : $60K DOE + bonus+ benefits + 401K + profit sharing

We are a boutique wealth management firm located in The Woodlands, Texas, looking for a Client Administrative Assistant to join our team. Our firm caters to affluent clients, helping them achieve their financial goals through investment consulting, advanced planning, and expert relationship management.

The Client Administrative Assistant enhances the client experience by servicing clients and providing operational and administrative support to Financial Advisors. Learn operations and prepare for client meetings to assist Advisors. Clerical duties such as: answering telephones, scheduling, mailing, filing and processing forms.


Salary and Benefits :

The salary range for this position will be $55,000-$65,000 DOE. We offer benefits of health insurance, 401K, profit share, and bonus.

Responsibilities :

  • Assist Advisors and Relationship Managers with day-to-day operation, tasks, and projects
  • Schedule and set up In Person Meetings and Zoom Conferences
  • Execute tasks assigned through client relationship management software
  • Follow documented procedures
  • Process meeting notes, update contact management database, and assign and execute workflow tasks
  • Process funds requests, account applications, account transfers and any other client/account related tasks needed
  • Handle client issues and requests
  • Assist where needed – we are a small team and we all wear multiple hats
