Job Description: As a Senior Product Manager for Sales Insights and Automation, you will join a dynamic team shaping the future of sales technology capabilities. Your mission will be to design, implement, and optimize a seamless sales technology ecosystem that empowers our direct and partner sales teams to excel. This is a strategic role requiring collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to identify needs, develop a roadmap, and execute initiatives that drive efficiency and growth.


Your day-to-day will involve defining and executing a vision for integrated sales tools, conducting customer research, and analyzing data to uncover actionable insights. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that the sales platforms you manage deliver a delightful user experience while meeting business outcomes. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Define and manage the roadmap for sales technology capabilities, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate with engineering, sales, and other cross-functional teams to drive development and adoption of innovative solutions.
  • Lead the selection, implementation, and management of third-party tools and Salesforce integrations.
  • Analyze data to derive insights, measure success, and continuously improve platform performance.
  • Facilitate regular communication with stakeholders, including senior leadership, to provide updates and solicit feedback.
  • Establish mechanisms to understand user needs and self-drive customer research initiatives.
  • Ensure user stories are well-defined with clear acceptance criteria and address dependencies.
  • Advocate for and implement Agile development methodologies to streamline workflows.
  • Manage risk and anticipate challenges to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of solutions.


Required Experience/Skills:

  • 8+ years of experience in product management or as an implementation consultant for enterprise-grade applications.
  • Extensive expertise in Salesforce administration and configuration, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom objects.
  • Proven ability to manage Salesforce integrations with third-party tools using APIs and integration platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools.
  • Track record of successfully implementing go-to-market technologies while collaborating cross-functionally with sales, operations, finance, and technology teams.
  • Deep understanding of data structures, migration, and management within Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of data enrichment tools and techniques to optimize sales targeting and engagement.
  • Exceptional leadership, storytelling, and communication skills to drive conversations with senior leaders.
  • Strong experience in Agile development methodologies and driving initiatives across multiple product teams.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning).
  • Familiarity with advanced data visualization and reporting tools.
  • Interest or experience in financial technology and solutions.
  • Background in developing customer-centric solutions in a B2B environment.


Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
