We’re looking for a parts expert who can guide our customers to THE perfect solution for their parts needs. Reporting to the Parts Manager, you’ll be the hero of the counter. If you have a flair for finding the perfect part and enjoy building strong relationships with customers, this is the role for you!

A GLIMPSE INTO YOUR DAILY ROLE
erve our customers in a respectful manner and assist them in making decisions that will meet their needs.
Handle incoming phone calls and emails, giving them the information they need.
Order parts according to the inventory we have in stock.
Maintain accurate records of all repair orders, invoices, insurance estimates and special order parts.
Organize orders for daily shipping, delivery or pick-up.
Ensure return to suppliers or storage of unrecovered items no longer in demand.
