GLOBOCAM’S ENVIRONMENT
This new position is an addition to our current team, to support Globocam’s growth and ensure exceptional service to our internal customers. Reporting to the Director, Information Technology, our new colleague will be involved in resolving problems faced by our users. The main objective is to identify and correct recurring sources of error. The administrators on the N2 outsourcing team specialize in a number of technologies and solutions (telephony, network and infrastructure). As part of your job, you’ll be required to travel to 2-3 different sites per week, including Sherbrooke, Trois-Rivières, Québéc and Montréal-Est (as needed).

A GLIMPSE INTO YOUR DAILY ROLE
Provide Level 2 technical support to solve computer mysteries quickly and efficiently (PC problems or more complex server issues).
Rescue desperate users after they’ve accidentally deleted all their files (we love them anyway).
Dealing with the problems at the root of incidents
Participate in and maintain the transformation to the Azure environment
Find and propose sustainable solutions to various problems
Perform preventive maintenance on IT infrastructure
In the “all other related tasks” section, there’s of course responding to emergency calls to recall those famous e-mails sent by mistake… Because we all know that there are times when “Ctrl+Z” just doesn’t cut it!
