Registered Funds - Non-Partner Track Attorney - Remote or any U.S. office

Our client is a major international firm, seeking a non-partner track Attorney Specialist for its Asset Management and Investment Funds practice. This position is open in all U.S. locations, as well as to work remotely . The salary for this position is between $225,000 - $325,000 per year.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience supporting registered funds in working with mutual fund and ETF fund filings, new fund launches, reviewing/updating mutual fund registration statements and shareholder reports, reviewing/preparing mutual fund board materials and research related to 1940 Act matters.
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent communication skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
