What You'll Do
As the Marketing Coordinator, you will be the driving force behind social media strategy and broader marketing initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include:

Social Media Strategy & Management:
  • Oversee and manage all social media platforms.
  • Curate engaging content to showcase products, services, company culture, and recruitment opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain content calendars to ensure consistent posting.
  • Collaborate with HR to align social media efforts with recruitment and culture objectives.
Marketing & Brand Support:
  • Serve as the primary contact for marketing requests, coordinating with internal teams to meet objectives.
  • Plan and support trade shows, including logistics, expenses, and sponsorships.
  • Create branded materials, such as company apparel and merchandise.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on the bi-annual company magazine and internal communications.
Administrative & Digital Excellence:
  • Process and reconcile marketing invoices.
  • Manage digital media assets and files.
  • Partner with external agencies and vendors to maintain the company's visual identity.
What You Bring
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Strategic Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years in a similar role with proven success in social media campaigns.
  • Skills:
    • Strong attention to detail and adherence to brand standards.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (preferred).
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with a results-driven mindset.
  • Bonus: Experience in the construction or manufacturing industry is a plus.
