ABOUT THE ROLE:

They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a collaborative team. As a PM, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing GC projects from inception to completion. Your leadership will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.

DAY IN THE LIFE:

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
• Oversee on-site activities, ensuring adherence to safety regulations
• Communicate with clients, vendors, and stakeholders regularly
• Provide strategic direction and problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• At least 1 year as a PM with a general contractor required
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes and regulations
