A leading Behavioral Healthcare Organization immediately needs Admissions Coordinators to join on a temp-to-hire basis. In this role, you will be a friendly resource to clients and their families by helping collect, organize, and present information to ensure a smooth admission process. This is a great opportunity to make a difference in the lives of families by introducing them to the many programs the organization offers.

Multiple shifts available, offering both Monday – Friday and Friday - Monday schedules.

Responsibilities:

• Guide visitors, clients, and their families through the admissions process.
• Answer phones, assist with inquiries, and inform callers of the program and services offered as needed.
• Engage with clients and families and act as a comforting and supportive resource throughout the admissions process.
• Process paperwork and other documentation promptly to ensure all records are correct and up to date.
• Exemplify a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.

Experience:

• Previous clerical/admissions experience in healthcare, specifically managing the insurance verification process is highly desired.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Bilingual preferred.
