Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Securitized Credit Associate to join our dynamic and expanding global syndicate team. This role will focus on providing syndication support for Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLOs), Asset-Backed Securities (ABS), and other structured product investments. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the securitized products market and a passion for building lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the syndicate team to effectively market and syndicate ABS, CLO, and CMBS products within the Structured Products group.
• Maintain proactive communication with the market, providing timely updates on live mandates and supporting pitch activities to secure new business.
• Work closely with Banking and Structuring teams to enhance transaction marketability and assist in the origination of new deals.
• Partner with the sales team to cover accounts, facilitate bond placements, respond to inquiries, and manage the syndication process.
• Deliver ongoing market insights to the salesforce, management, and other internal stakeholders.
• Stay informed about market trends and developments related to asset classes relevant to Natixis' operations.
• Maintain and update a comprehensive database of investors, including their purchasing history and investment patterns.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team and broader business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field is required.
• 1-2 years of experience in a financial institution, preferably within sales, trading, or syndication in Securitized Products/CLOs/ABS.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while effectively collaborating within a team environment.
• Strong team player with a proven ability to influence and inspire colleagues.
• Exceptional multitasking skills and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities while managing time effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Experience working in a multicultural environment is a plus.
• High level of integrity and a strong work ethic, with a keen attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required.

The salary range for this position will be between $140,000 - $175,000. Natixis is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Actual base salary will vary and will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, skills set, applicable licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Base salary is only one component of our total rewards package. Natixis also offers a generous benefits package, and you may be eligible for a discretionary incentive award depending on company and individual performance.
