About the Company: Our client, a premier technology & life sciences law firm, is seeking an Associate to join their Securities Litigation team in either their San Francisco or Silicon Valley office.

This role will handle a wide range of civil & regulatory matters.

About the Role: Full-time, Direct Hire

Ideal candidate will have experience handling securities class actions, derivative suits, merger litigation, and other civil actions arising from securities-related disputes.

Candidate should possess sexcellent writing, communication, and analytical skills.

Annual Salary: Up to $445,000

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience with civil and regulatory matters, as well as securities litigation.
• Member of the California Bar.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school required.

• Strong Organizational Skills.
