Our client is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join their Civil Litigation and Mediation practice in Gary, IN.

This role will be responsible for working closely with attorneys with coordination of details before, during, and after trial, as well as drafting legal documents, and filing with the court.

Compensation: Annual Salary Up To $60,000

Responsibilities:

• Summarize Medical Records
• Calendar Hearings & Monitor Deadlines
• Draft pleadings, motions, appellate documents and file them with the court
• Work closely with attorneys with coordination of details before, during, and after trial

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of Civil Litigation experience in Indiana
• Excellent Communication & Time Management Skills
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
• High Attention to Detail
