Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will oversee and streamline the day-to-day operations that drive success for our photographers and their clients. From onboarding new photographers to automation creation and monitoring, you’ll ensure that our photographers' clients move smoothly through the sales funnel, and that our photographers have the best possible experience. You’ll play a key role in the execution and optimization of operational processes, directly impacting client satisfaction and the overall success of our team.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage the operational workflow for photographer sales accounts, ensuring efficient and smooth processes to maximize bookings for weddings.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align operational processes with client goals and campaign execution.
  • Assist in the onboarding of new photographers, ensuring a seamless transition and setting them up for success.
  • Monitor operational performance, identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement; implement solutions to increase efficiency.
  • Ensure that communication between teams and clients is streamlined and that any operational issues are resolved quickly.
  • Utilize CRM and other management tools to track project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Provide regular updates and performance reports to management and internal teams, keeping everyone aligned on operational goals.
  • Act as a key point of contact between sales, marketing, and client success teams to ensure client satisfaction and operational success.


Qualifications:


  • Experience with PIPEDRIVE or related CRM and automation tools such as Zapier/Make an asset. 
  • Proven experience in operations, project management, or a related field. Experience in the wedding or photography industry is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing or sales operations is highly desirable.
  • Prior experience utilizing CRM software to manage workflows and track project performance.
  • Strong communication skills, able to effectively coordinate between teams and convey updates clearly.
  • Energetic and proactive, with a passion for streamlining processes and improving efficiency.


Compensation:


Competitive base salary $45K to $50K


Potential performance based incentives based on operational success and client satisfaction.
