Job Description

Our client, a prestigious Venture Capital Firm, is looking for an outgoing and motivated Front Desk Coordinator in their San Francisco Office. In this role, you will provide high touch support to the office including administrative coverage, facility management, and event planning.


Salary Range:

$60,000-$65,000k base range + bonus


Responsibilities:

  • Greet and service guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
  • Interact with facilities staff, including external suppliers and contractors to ensure smooth business operations
  • Assist regional manager with events planning
  • Manage conference room bookings
  • Provide telephone coverage, including responding to inquiries, properly routing calls, clarifying company policies and procedures, and taking detailed messages
  • Maintain calendars and set up/coordinate internal and external meetings, if required
  • Develop and maintain business relationships and interact with a variety of high-profile individuals and all levels of managements
  • Perform special projects related to the team



Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of solid work experience in reception related roles, preferably in financial institutions and corporate environments.
  • Passion in taking ownership of the well-being of colleagues: detail oriented and good multi-tasking skills
  • Verbal and written communication skills to interact clearly with customers, vendors, and other employees
  • Time management skills to prioritize and complete a wide variety of tasks throughout the day
  • Interpersonal skills to create a pleasant experience for all office employees, such as being personable and attentive
  • Ability to exercise sound judgement in assessing and determining how to handle queries, calls, and issues
  • Ability to work independently
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
