We are actively searching for a System Administrator (MSP) to join our team. You will take escalations from our L1 team through ConnectWise and work alongside Senior Engineers on projects such as M365 migrations, network build outs, office moves, Azure migrations, and more.
System Administrator (MSP) Responsibilities & Experience:
- Be the escalation point for our Tier I Service Desk team.
- Provide exceptional customer service while responding to phone, e-mail, and online requests for technical support
- Identify, document, and find solutions for customer issues and product problems
- Configure, set up, and install desktop and laptop PCs.
- Administration of M365 and Active Directory environments.
- Provide support for multiple security tools and assist end-users with security-related issues
- Design, Implement, and Support Azure infrastructure
- Interface with account managers to develop strategic roadmaps and projects
- 4+ years of experience with Windows Servers, O365, and Azure
- Scripting knowledge is a plus
- MSP experience is required
