Salary range: $95-110K and 20-25% bonus
Responsibilities
- Maintain and optimize a multisystem planning environment to support corporate FP&A and business unit teams.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across financial planning and reporting systems.
- Provide daily system administration and support, empowering FP&A teams to use tools and data effectively.
- Offer system support for monthly and quarterly forecasting and reporting processes.
- Utilize ETL tools to enhance data transformations between systems.
- Coordinate with vendors for system upgrades, support, and escalations.
- Collaborate with finance stakeholders and IT teams to gather, document, and refine business requirements.
- Lead the design, development, and rollout of new solutions for planning, data management, and reporting.
- Drive the transition of offline and Excel-based processes into robust system solutions.
- Support the evolving data needs of FP&A teams with innovative system enhancements.
- Perform additional duties to support the team’s objectives and broader organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in a planning systems-focused role.
- Strong understanding of finance, financial planning methods, tools, and reporting strategies.
- Proficiency in financial planning systems including implementing and administering systems.
- Advanced expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Power Query.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and present detailed reports for executive audiences.
