Senior Financial Systems Analyst (40556)

Our client is an established real estate company that is looking for a Senior Financial Systems Analyst to join their team! Salary range: $95-110K and 20-25% bonus


Responsibilities

  • Maintain and optimize a multisystem planning environment to support corporate FP&A and business unit teams.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy across financial planning and reporting systems.
  • Provide daily system administration and support, empowering FP&A teams to use tools and data effectively.
  • Offer system support for monthly and quarterly forecasting and reporting processes.
  • Utilize ETL tools to enhance data transformations between systems.
  • Coordinate with vendors for system upgrades, support, and escalations.
  • Collaborate with finance stakeholders and IT teams to gather, document, and refine business requirements.
  • Lead the design, development, and rollout of new solutions for planning, data management, and reporting.
  • Drive the transition of offline and Excel-based processes into robust system solutions.
  • Support the evolving data needs of FP&A teams with innovative system enhancements.
  • Perform additional duties to support the team’s objectives and broader organizational goals.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in a planning systems-focused role.
  • Strong understanding of finance, financial planning methods, tools, and reporting strategies.
  • Proficiency in financial planning systems including implementing and administering systems.
  • Advanced expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Power Query.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and present detailed reports for executive audiences.
