Key Responsibilities:

• The NOC Manager is responsible for overseeing the efficient operation, maintenance, and expansion of data center facilities, ensuring optimal performance and infrastructure stability.
• This role involves managing all aspects of data center operations, including power, cooling, network infrastructure, server hardware, structured cabling, and security systems.
• The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of data center technologies, vendor management, and regulatory compliance, ensuring continuous uptime and support for business operations.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key skills; Data center, Network infrastructure, Blue Prints, Cabling
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience managing data center infrastructure, facilities, or operations.
• Strong understanding of data center technologies, including power, cooling, structured cabling, and network systems.
• Experience with disaster recovery, business continuity planning, and implementing data center security protocols.
• Proficient in vendor and project management, with a track record of successful infrastructure upgrades or expansions.
• Familiarity with industry standards such as Uptime Institute, ISO, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with automation tools and monitoring platforms for data center infrastructure.
• Certification in Data Center Management (e.g., CDCP, CDCS, or similar).
• Experience with cloud technologies and hybrid infrastructure environments.
