Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ERP Change Management Consultant to lead and manage the organizational change initiatives for a client undergoing an ERP implementation or upgrade. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring successful adoption by aligning stakeholders, training users, and minimizing resistance to change.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to support ERP projects.
  • Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management into overall project planning.
  • Identify key stakeholders and assess the impact of ERP changes on various departments.
  • Design and deliver training programs and materials tailored to end-users.
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment.
  • Monitor and manage resistance to change, addressing concerns proactively.
  • Develop tools and metrics to track the effectiveness of change initiatives and ensure project success.
  • Provide ongoing support post-implementation to ensure sustained adoption of the ERP system.
  • Ensure alignment with best practices and organizational goals throughout the change process.


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in change management, with a focus on ERP systems (e.g., Epicor, Infor, Sage, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Certification in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of ERP implementation lifecycle and best practices.
  • Proven ability to manage complex organizational changes and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience designing and delivering training programs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
