We are seeking a dedicated SAP Project Systems Solutions Architect.

• The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP PS Projects-Claims and SAP PS Prj Info System. This role requires strong technical skills and the ability to manage complex projects efficiently. The candidate will play a crucial role in driving project success and ensuring alignment with company goals.
• The ideal candidate has a proven track record of successfully implementing and delivering SAP Project System implementations across various industries including utilities.
• Leading end-to-end project lifecycle from requirements gathering to post-implementation support
• Driving process improvements and optimizing project workflows
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration
• Providing training and support to end-users, enhancing system adoption
• Specific implementation experience integrating with 3rd party systems and keen insight into table structure that support project systems. Strong problem solving and communication skills. The candidate's understanding of the creation and execution of project system will expedite his contributions to the team and ensure a successful implementation.

Responsibilities : -

• Lead the planning and implementation of SAP PS Projects-Claims and SAP PS Project Info System.
• Oversee project timelines, ensuring all milestones are met on schedule.
• Provide technical expertise in SAP PS to support project teams.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution. - Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet objectives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders regularly.
• Manage project budgets and resources effectively.
• Facilitate project meetings and document key decisions and action items.
• Ensure quality assurance processes are followed throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support the development and implementation of project management best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery.

Qualifications

• Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP PS Projects-Claims and SAP PS Prj Info System.
• Demonstrate strong project management skills with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Show proficiency in using project management tools and software.
• Have the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
• Display strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Hold a relevant certification in SAP PS or project management.
