Responsibilities:
- Assist tax professionals with administrative tasks and client support. Assist at reception
- Prepare and organize tax documents and files for review
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of client information
- Provide excellent customer service by answering phone calls and responding to inquiries
- Assist with proofreading and transcribing tax documents as needed
Experience:
- Min of 2 year's experience in an administrative role
- Familiarity with tax office procedures
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Knowledge of Adobe
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
