Prominent national law firm is in need of a Litigation Paralegal for a full time position in the Atlanta, Georgia office. This role will be in the office 5 days per week.

The Litigation Paralegal will:

-Conduct legal research

-Assemble motions and other pleadings

-Retrieve medical records and manage documents

-Draft subpoenas and create logs

-Medical malpractice experience preferred, but not required

-Have 3+ years of general litigation paralegal experience

-Completed Bachelor's Degree, Paralegal Certificate preferred
