You will oversee daily operations, support staff development, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering exceptional care in a critical environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate the delivery of high-quality patient care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians and educators.
• Manage scheduling, rounding, and patient/family satisfaction initiatives.
• Guide staff performance evaluations, provide counseling, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Registered Nurse (RN) License in NH or Compact State.
• Certifications: BLS and ACLS (required); PCCN, TNCC, TCAR (preferred).
• 3-7 years of acute critical care nursing with neuro trauma supervisory experience.
