O ur client is hiring!!


For over 20 years, this premier women’s boutique located south of Boston, offering curated collections of designer apparel, accessories, and lifestyle products. Our mission is to provide exceptional service, a luxurious shopping experience, and a personalized approach to our clients. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our team and uphold our commitment to excellence.


No Sundays and No nights!!

35-40 hour work week with 2 consecutive days off each week.

Compensation in the 70k range .


Key Responsibilities:


Leadership & Team Management

  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the store runs efficiently and meets sales goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Schedule and manage staff to ensure optimal floor coverage and productivity.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative team culture.


Sales & Client Relations

  • Drive sales by creating a welcoming, personalized shopping experience for every client.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of client retention and satisfaction.
  • Analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.


Merchandising & Inventory Management

  • Maintain impeccable visual merchandising standards that reflect the boutique’s brand identity (including bi-monthly re-merch and window installations)
  • Oversee inventory levels and deliveries, ensuring stock is properly replenished and organized.
  • Collaborate with Buyer to curate collections that meet client preferences and trends.

· Manage stock of store branded items: Bags, Jewelry Boxes, Garment Bags, Tissue, etc


Operations & Business Development

  • Ensure all operational policies and procedures are followed, including opening/closing protocols, cash handling, and loss prevention.
  • Manage budgets, expenses, and profitability of the store.
  • Identify and implement local marketing initiatives to attract new customers and increase traffic.
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to maintain a competitive ed


Qualifications:

· Experience: Minimum of 5-8 years in retail management, preferably in a high-end or luxury boutique setting

· Skills: Proven ability to lead a team, drive sales, and deliver outstanding customer service

· Knowledge: Familiarity with high-end women’s fashion and current trends.

· Personal Attributes: Charismatic, detail-oriented, and highly organized with a passion for fashion and a commitment to excellence.

  • Flexible and willing to work weekends and holidays
