In this role, you’ll shape our brand voice, create compelling narratives, and turn ideas into impactful campaigns that align seamlessly with our business goals. Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to leave your mark on a growing brand.
Responsibilities
Bring the brand to life: Develop and implement a comprehensive content marketing strategy to captivate audiences and amplify brand awareness.
Create with purpose: Plan, craft, and manage captivating content across platforms — from engaging social media posts and eye-catching emails to dynamic website pages.
Think outside the text: Produce multimedia content like videos, infographics, and GIFs that grab attention and spark conversations.
Champion the customer: Develop campaigns that prioritize customer-centric messaging, ensuring every piece resonates with their needs, preferences, and aspirations.
Collaborate for impact: Work closely with design, product, and sales teams to align content with overarching business goals and objectives.
Analyze & optimize: Dive into performance metrics, uncover insights, and use them to refine and supercharge future campaigns.
Stay ahead: Keep a finger on the pulse of industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas into the content strategy.
Curate consistency: Manage a content calendar to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality, cohesive content.
Fill the gaps: Identify opportunities to engage audiences with fresh ideas, informed by research and competitive analysis.
Lead the way: Guide freelancers and contributors to maintain a consistent, authentic, and vibrant brand voice.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field.
- Proven experience in content marketing, copywriting, or a similar role with a strong portfolio of work.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, paired with a meticulous eye for detail.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, project management tools, SEO best practices, and analytics platforms.
- A creative mindset that thrives on generating bold, innovative ideas.
- Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with grace under pressure.
- Proficiency with social media platforms and the latest digital marketing trends.
Preferred Skills
- Experience creating and editing video content.
- Basic graphic design expertise (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
- The ability to transform data into meaningful, actionable reports.
- Knowledge of the apparel or promotional product industry is a plus.
- Experience in digital strategy and omnichannel content management.
