Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager with 3-5 years of relevant experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage a portfolio of personal lines accounts, ensuring outstanding service and client satisfaction. This role offers the flexibility of a hybrid work arrangement after an initial onboarding period. Familiarity with Applied Epic is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of personal lines clients, addressing inquiries and providing personalized solutions.
Manage daily account servicing tasks, including policy renewals, endorsements, changes, and cancellations with precision and efficiency.
Assist clients with the claims process, providing support and guidance to ensure smooth resolutions.
Identify and recommend opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling insurance products.
Collaborate with carriers to negotiate terms and secure appropriate coverage for clients.
Ensure accurate documentation and updates in the agency management system, with a preference for Applied Epic.
Provide proactive communication and regular policy reviews to ensure clients’ needs are consistently met.
Stay informed on industry trends, carrier offerings, and regulatory changes to offer clients the best advice.
Qualifications:
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in personal lines insurance account management.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
Licensure: Active Property and Casualty Insurance license required.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applied Epic is strongly preferred; familiarity with other agency management systems is a plus.
