Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Construction Superintendent to oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. You will manage subcontractors, maintain safety compliance, and coordinate project tasks efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily site operations and ensure adherence to project plans, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Lead and direct subcontractors and construction workers, ensuring productivity and safety.
  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to resolve issues and maintain project schedules.
  • Inspect work to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety codes.
  • Monitor project progress, manage scheduling, and help control costs.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, safety records, and change orders.
  • Troubleshoot on-site issues, ensuring timely solutions to minimize delays.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in construction supervision.
  • High school diploma required; degree in construction management or related field preferred.
  • OSHA certification and relevant trade licenses.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in construction software and Microsoft Office.


Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to work on-site in various conditions, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
