Consumer services organization located near Culver City is looking for a Finance (FP&A) Manager. Reporting to the CFO, the Finance (FP&A) Manager will be responsible for analyzing and facilitating the fiscal budget, creating and managing forecast reports, and analyzing cyclical variances. The Finance (FP&A) Manager will also enhance financial modeling and financial reporting processes, play a key role in reporting system enhancements and upgrades, monitor dashboards and financial matrices, calculate revenue projections, revamping department KPI reports, and performing strategic analysis. The Finance (FP&A) Manager will collaborate with various departments and personnel - accounting, IT, operations, etc.
- Qualified candidate will need to have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
- MBA or CPA is highly preferred.
- At least seven years of finance experience with a minimum of three years in a senior level finance capacity with multi-entity organization.
- Must have advanced systems/technical/data mining skills.
- Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.
- Contract-to-hire or Direct-hire. Pay, $65 - 70/hr.
