We’re expanding our HR team and are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner based in Richmond, VA. This role will be instrumental in driving our growth in the U.S., focusing on hiring top-tier CX and Claims professionals in the Richmond area, as well as Business Development Managers in various locations nationwide.

Responsibilities

  • Source and identify top talent in the Richmond area through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Conduct interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, ensuring they align with both the position and Faye’s company culture.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and effectively manage requisition workloads.
  • Plan, implement, and manage recruitment initiatives and campaigns to strengthen our talent acquisition strategy.
  • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and actively contribute to ongoing process improvements.


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience, particularly within the Richmond area – essential.
  • Proficiency with Comeet or another ATS.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a track record of managing a high requisition load effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for seamless collaboration with hiring managers and team members.
  • Strong strategic thinking and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic recruitment environment.
  • Expertise in utilizing diverse sourcing channels and innovative strategies for candidate engagement and experience.
  • Experience in the Insurtech and travel industries – plus.
