About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated Guardianship/Estate Planning Attorney to join our non-profit pro bono law firm. This full-time position involves representing caregivers of minor children who are under the care of a relative or family friend (kinship caregiver). The attorney will manage cases related to guardianship, draft wills, and other estate planning documents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a full caseload of guardianship and estate planning cases.
• Meet with clients to provide legal counsel and support.
• Participate in court hearings, mediations, and negotiations.
• Conduct thorough legal research.
• Engage in outreach to community organizations to promote our services.

Qualifications:

• Member in good standing of the Florida Bar.
• Preferred experience in probate, guardianship, and/or estate planning.
• Courtroom experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently while valuing team collaboration.
• Willingness to travel within Broward County.
