Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Restaurant General Manager at Masa Goose Creek in Goose Creek, SC. The Restaurant General Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer service. Responsibilities also include inventory management, budgeting, and enforcing safety and sanitation standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or similar role
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- Understanding of restaurant management software and financial management
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- High school diploma or equivalent; Degree in Hospitality or relevant field is a plus
