Immigration Supervising Attorney

Salary: $60,000 – $85,000 (negotiable based on skills and experience)
Position Summary: This role involves representing clients in Immigration Court and with USCIS. Additionally, you will educate the community, conduct outreach, participate in bar activities, and work on special legal and community projects. You will also supervise immigration staff attorneys and paralegals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in Immigration Court and with USCIS.

Qualifications:
- Member in good standing of the Florida Bar Association.
- 8 years of experience in Immigration law preferred.
- Experience with supervising staff.
- Experience serving low-income individuals, victims of crime, veterans, or other marginalized communities preferred but not required.
- Demonstrable awareness and sensitivity to the needs of the populations we serve.
- Ability to work effectively with a large caseload and function professionally in a highly stressful environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, including other attorneys, support staff, volunteers, and community partners.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Ability to work constructively with others.
- Ability to speak more than one language is a plus.
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary range of $60,000 to $85,000, negotiable based on skills and experience.
