Qualifications:
5+ years in an office environment.
Excellent writing and social skills.
Must have a high degree of initiative and the ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure and meet deadlines as required.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Teams and Outlook as well as Word, Excel and Power Point.
Proficiency with Concur and Invoice Works preferred but not required.
Responsibilities:
Support 3-5 Managing Directors and Directors with general administrative needs including arranging meetings with complex calendars and conflicting availability, compile expense reports in Concur, manage invoices in InvoiceWorks and other duties as needed. This role may be asked to plan events and write power point presentations, letters or memos, etc. This role will also need to collaborate with other executive and administrative assistants on workspace organization and upkeep, office supply orders, food and celebration orders and setup, etc.
