Position Description: We are seeking an experienced attorney to assist veterans with benefits, discharge upgrades, housing, family issues, and other civil matters. This role requires an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist veterans with benefits, discharge upgrades, housing, family issues, and other civil matters.
• Provide high-quality legal representation and support.
• Conduct legal assessments and manage a caseload.
• Collaborate with other attorneys, support staff, and community partners.
• Participate in outreach and community education programs.

Qualifications:

• Active Florida State Bar membership.
• Experience with legal services for veterans and their families.
• Ability to handle various civil cases.
• Sensitivity to veterans’ needs.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Multilingual skills are a plus.
• Willingness to work beyond standard hours, including evenings and weekends.

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary range of $60,000 to $65,000, negotiable based on skills and experience.
