Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production equipment to consistently meet daily production targets.
• Perform material handling tasks to support smooth manufacturing operations.
• Strictly adhere to safety standards, cGMP regulations, SOPs, and company policies.
• Accurately record production data in batch records, logbooks, and other required documentation.
• Conduct thorough inspections of materials and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Execute lot changes, line clearances, and perform routine cleaning and maintenance of equipment and work areas.
• Promptly report and document non-conforming products, working collaboratively to resolve any production issues.
• Support continuous production by maintaining equipment functionality and proactively addressing operational concerns.

Skills & Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow complex instructions precisely.
• Basic mathematical aptitude and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Foundational knowledge of regulations, safety protocols, and quality control procedures.
