We are seeking a Contract Manager to to manage all phases of the project subcontracts, development process, including preparation of subcontracts plan, bidders pre-qualification, subcontracts formation, risk assessment, execution, change management reporting and formal close-out.

Duties
- Develop, draft, and review contracts to ensure compliance with legal standards and company policies.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with vendors and clients to secure favorable agreements.
- Manage the contract lifecycle from initiation through execution and renewal.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for contract preparation.
- Monitor compliance with contract terms and address any issues that arise during execution.
- Maintain accurate records of all contracts within the company's systems, ensuring easy access for relevant stakeholders.
- Provide guidance on contract-related matters to internal teams, supporting business development initiatives.
- Conduct risk assessments related to contracts and recommend strategies for mitigation.
Skills
- Experience in engineering / construction contracts activities for the oil and gas industry
- 8+ years of experience in contracts / subcontracts management including subcontracts plan, bidders pre-qualification, formation, risk assessment, execution, change management, reporting, close-out
